PCMA, the world’s largest network of business event professionals, partnered with Sage Inclusion to make its annual Convening Leaders conference more inclusive and accessible for all attendees. The collaboration covered accessibility across venues, stages, registration, and networking areas, ensuring a seamless experience for participants with diverse needs.

Sage conducted an event accessibility assessment, reviewed digital and on-site attendee touchpoints, and worked with PCMA teams to embed inclusive design into event operations. Tailored training sessions equipped staff and volunteers with practical skills for supporting attendees with disabilities. The initiative positioned PCMA as a leader in accessible event management and created a replicable model for future global meetings.
