The World Travel & Tourism Council (WTTC) represents the global private sector of travel and tourism, promoting sustainable and inclusive growth across the industry.

To help businesses make travel more inclusive, WTTC partnered with John Sage to create the Inclusive & Accessible Travel Guidelines.

The guidelines consolidate industry research, expert interviews, and lived experience into a clear, actionable framework that supports travel companies in designing and delivering accessible products and services.

The project provides practical direction for improving accessibility across every stage of the traveler journey and establishes a foundation for industry-wide standardization and accountability.
